Every message reaches a person on the team, not a ticket queue. We aim to reply within one business day, and sooner when something is broken.

If you would rather talk it through, book 20 minutes and we will walk through your setup with you.

What to include

You will get a faster answer if your message says:

  • Your workspace or organisation name.
  • What you expected to happen, and what happened instead.
  • The repository, step or pull request involved, if the problem is tied to one.
  • Roughly when it happened, so we can find it in the logs.

Please do not send passwords, API keys or access tokens. We will never ask for them.

Service status

Current and historical availability is published at status.infersync.com. Check there first if something looks down for everyone rather than just for you.

Reporting a security issue

Write to hello@infersync.com with "security" in the subject line and we will acknowledge it within one business day. Please report privately and give us a reasonable window to ship a fix before disclosing publicly. We will not pursue action against anyone reporting a genuine issue in good faith.

Your data

Your agents run on your machines, so your source code never reaches us. Infersync receives the names of your repositories, the actions an agent takes (this file edited, that command run, not the file's contents), the pull request and the result of the check.

To export or delete your data, email us and we will action it. What we collect and how long we keep it is set out in the Privacy Policy, and the terms you are agreeing to are in the Terms of Service.

Removing the GitHub App

You can uninstall the Infersync App at any time from your GitHub organisation or account settings, under Applications; it stops at once. An agent on your machines stops when you remove it (/remove) or close its window. An admin can delete the whole workspace with /delete workspace, or tell us and we delete it.
