    A task only counts when Infersync accepts it as genuinely done, not when an agent or a person says so. Deterministic checks (a test suite, a required field, a build) auto-accept; acceptance criteria fixed before the work starts auto-accept on evidence; genuinely subjective work is a one-click human accept. Work that fails verification is free.

  • What does 'pay only for what ships' mean in practice?

    Billing is per verified task, weighted by size, never per seat and never a charge on effort. If a task fails verification you are not billed for it. When the evaluator is unsure it rounds down, and a wrong call is a one-click dispute with instant credit.

  • Does this work without an AI / LLM key?

    The verification is deterministic and needs no LLM. The natural-language assignment step uses an LLM; you bring your own Anthropic / OpenAI / Google key (zero token markup from us), or the autopilot falls back to deterministic routing without natural-language input.

  • Do the agents run on your servers?

    No. Your AI agents run on your own hardware and your own LLM keys at zero markup. Infersync sells the coordination and the guarantee that the work gets done and verified, not the compute.
